Cerberus Campaigns ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of your campaign, organization, and voters. This Privacy Policy details the types of information we collect, how it is handled, and the measures we take to ensure your data remains secure when using the Cerberus Campaign OS platform.

2. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Integration & Data Access

Cerberus Campaigns provides integration with Meta Platforms (Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts) to facilitate social media management, automated content scheduling, and unified inbox administration.

A. Data We Collect and Access

When you authenticate your Facebook account with our platform, we access and store:

  • Page and Account Identifiers: Page IDs, Account IDs, Page Names, and links to your Pages.
  • Access Tokens: Secure short-lived and long-lived Page Access Tokens to act on behalf of your connected Pages.
  • Content and Metadata: Information required to schedule and publish your social posts (including text updates, video links, and image attachments).
  • Inbox and Comments: Comment text, sender identifiers, and message history to populate your unified dashboard inbox.

B. How We Use This Data

We use your Meta platform data exclusively to:

  • Publish text, photo, and video posts directly to your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram feeds.
  • Retrieve post analytics and engagement metrics to display on your dashboard.
  • Synchronize comments and page messages so that your team can reply to constituents directly from the Cerberus Inbox.

C. Meta Data Deletion Instructions

You have full control over your connected accounts and data:

  • Disconnecting Accounts: You can revoke our application's access to your Facebook Page or Instagram Account at any time by navigating to your Campaign OS Settings > Social Media tab and clicking "Disconnect". Alternatively, you can manage and revoke permissions directly via your personal Facebook account under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations.
  • Requesting Full Data Deletion: If you wish to permanently delete all Meta-derived database records, platform tokens, and organization histories from our servers, you may submit a request to our support team at support@cerberuscampaigns.com. All deletion requests will be completed and confirmed within thirty (30) business days.

3. Google and YouTube API Services

Cerberus Campaigns utilizes YouTube API Services to allow users to securely connect their official YouTube channels for campaign video management and distribution. By authenticating your YouTube channel, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We access, collect, and store necessary channel identifiers (such as Channel ID and Handle) to associate your account with your organization.
  • We request authorization to upload videos directly to your YouTube channel on your behalf using the youtube.upload scope.
  • We do not sell, transfer, or share your Google user data with any third parties for advertising or unauthorized purposes.
  • Your use of this integration is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
  • You can revoke our application's access to your data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.

4. SMS & Mobile Data

No mobile information will be shared by us with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Sharing and Selling of Data

We have a strict policy regarding the monetization of your data: we do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data, constituent databases, or social media integration metadata with third-party advertisers, brokers, or marketing networks. All data is used solely to facilitate the features and operations of the Campaign OS.
