Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Cerberus Campaign OS platform ("Platform"), provided by Cerberus Campaigns, LLC ("Sender", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account and connect your organization. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Third-Party Social Media Integrations

The Platform provides features that allow you to connect third-party accounts, including Meta Platforms (Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts), X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Google (YouTube API Services), to publish campaign updates and manage comments/messages.

A. Ownership and Authorization

By connecting any third-party social media page, group, profile, or channel to the Platform, you warrant and represent that you are an authorized administrator, owner, or representative of that account and possess all necessary permissions to publish content and read messages on its behalf.

B. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

Your use of connected integrations is strictly subject to the respective third-party terms of service, developer policies, and community guidelines, including but not limited to:

C. Limitation of Platform Liability

We are not responsible for any modifications, suspensions, outages, blockages, or changes in API functionality made by Meta, Google, X, LinkedIn, or any other third-party provider. Any termination of access or restriction on your social accounts by these providers remains your sole responsibility.

D. User Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to remove third-party account access or delete data synced from connected platforms, you may do so through the Platform settings. Additionally, for full database purging of personal information, account profiles, or Meta-derived platform tokens, you can submit a written request to support@cerberuscampaigns.com. We will process and delete your data from our servers in compliance with platform policies within thirty (30) business days.

4. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from Cerberus Campaigns, LLC through our messaging platform, you accept these text messaging terms:

  • You authorize us to use auto dialer or non-auto dialer technology to send text messages to the cell phone number associated with your Opt-In.
  • You confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or the custom user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to Opt-In.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Unless otherwise noted, we may send multiple, recurring messages, and frequency may vary.
  • You may text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt-out of text messages at any time. For additional help, text HELP.

5. User Conduct and Content Restrictions

You agree not to use the Platform to post, publish, distribute, or transmit any content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, or hateful.
  • Infringes on any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Contains viruses, trojan horses, malware, or other harmful programming code.
  • Violates election communications laws, campaign finance regulations, or compliance requirements.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. If your access is terminated, you remain bound by these Terms and Conditions.
